The FLRT Live Partition Mobility (LPM) report provides recommendations for LPM operations based on source and target input values. These recommendations may include recommended fixes, including interim fixes, for known LPM issues. These recommendations are based on testing and field experience. The levels provided in the input screen are based on the supported levels for the selected machine type models. To view minimum requirements for Power systems for AIX, Red Hat Linux, and SUSE Linux visit the System Software Maps page.

If the text 'No data available' is presented as a note in the LPM report, this signifies there are no known recommendations for that input level. If the text 'None' appears in the report under 'Recommended Level' then the input level has all the known LPM fixes. Do not assume the higher level has all the fixes. Run the report with the level you will be using to verify the recommendations. Every attempt will be made to provide recommendations that are in the same level as the input level, but in cases where no data is available or the input level is not supported on Power 8, then a recommendation will be made to move to the latest supported level. The colored symbols represent the input levels EoSPS (End of Service Pack Support) date combined with the recommendations. You may see a green check mark and still see recommendations if the EoSPS is more than 6 months away from the current date. You may see a yellow warning sign if the EoSPS is within 6 months.
